Tonya Logan is a seasoned educator and dynamic speaker with over 20 years of experience in special education. Tonya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Hampton University, a Master’s Degree in Curriculum & Instruction with an emphasis in Special Education from the College of William and Mary, and an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in K-12 Leadership and Administration with a focus on Special Education from Regent University.
